overall product was good but shipment delayed and lied on numorous occassion and always try to make excuses .

There were a lot of difficulties throughout the purchasing process and receiving as well as installation but Winsor helped his best to work through online as well as giving me an international call during the arrival of the product. First time purchasing here but I am quite satisfied with overall experience - I do recommend this product.
